ONE TECH HEADQUARTER

The new headquarter for one of the biggest cable producers in europe is located in the new business development area of Tunis. The new building should accommodate new office spaces, meeting rooms, a research center, mensa and an underground parking. The outline of the building reacts to the triangle shape of the site and an atrium in the heart of the building forms the main plaza. The big south facade acts as the main entrance towards the plaza formed by a bridge that spans 60m above the main entrance gate.
The glazed facade is covered by textile sun protection elements that are more closed on the south side and open gradually towards north. The parametrically developed sun shading elements are inspired by Islamic patterns.
